Angel Support Coordination LLC was founded with a mission of making a positive difference in the lives of who we serve. We work with our clients connecting them to the many resources within the community and helping them to achieve their greatest potential. As a Support Coordination Agency, we promote a "can do" attitude knowing that everything is possible once you believe in yourself. We take the time to understand the uniqueness of all our clients and what makes them special.


It is our pledge and promise to empower our clients while participating in the many Support Coordination Services within the community. We will be a partner, providing necessary education and support to remain independent within the community.

Who We Are

Angel Support Coordination LLC  is made up of a dynamic group of people, who are energetic, creative and resourceful in creating a future filled with opportunity for our clients.


Our Support Coordinators are college-educated graduates with years of experience whose mission is to make a difference in the lives of others. All Support Coordinators undergo extensive training in working with those with special needs. We believe that empowering others begins by empowering ourselves and that is why we promote continuous education and training as a part of our staff development. We work closely with the New Jersey Division of Developmental  Disabilities to ensure we have the most up to date information on resources and training. 


What makes our Support Coordinators different? We take the time to get to know the individual and families we serve in order to understand their support needs. We treat each individual with respect which helps them feel comfortable when talking about their needs. 


As a Support Coordinator Agency qualified by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), we provide services that assist our clients in gaining access to needed programs and state plan services, as well as needed medical, social, educational and other services. 


We complete a variety of responsibilities in partnership with our client, his/her family, DDD, and services providers, which include:

  • Identifying our client’s support needs and preferences
  • Developing the  Person-Centered Planning Tool and New Jersey Individualized Service Plan
  • Locating options for the services for the client that include, traditional disability providers, generic community supports, the government supports beyond DDD, and/or natural supports based on funds available in our client's individualized budget
  • Ongoing monitoring of our client of supports and services 
  • Responding to emergencies and other service-related needs of our client and/or family
