Our Support Coordinators meet you where you are, assessing your needs.
- Using the New Jersey Comprehensive Assessment Tool (NJCAT) completed by you, we paint a picture of where you are and where you need to be. This assessment prepares us to meet you where you are and how we can help you achieve your goals.
